- Original Scope of Work: As part of the original scope of work, it is vital that any set of instructions you provide should not be inconsistent with those that you provided in the original submission. In case our quality control team determines that you have changed the scope/nature of your original instructions, we shall not be able to offer you our free revision service.
- Submission: If you would like to submit a revision request, please email us in your order email thread, clearly stating your order number. If you feel you need a revision to your order, then we advise you to contact our customer service agent via email with your instructions. You can check the document delivered to you over email thoroughly and carefully.
- Deadline: Revisions can be requested at any time. You can request unlimited revisions to the order until it is approved.
- Number of revisions:
Revisions are free if they are in keeping with your original requirements. Regardless of the number of instructions you provide in each message, the date by which we will deliver the revised document should be agreed upon in email at the time your revision request is submitted.
When your instructions for revision are outside the agreed scope of the editing/proofreading and do not comply with the above terms, you will need to place a new order for editing/proofreading and describe clearly the changes to be made.
A revised document must be approved within 14 days. Using your personal account, this time will be calculated from when you uploaded the final version. The order will then automatically be approved after this period of time has passed.
